Dr N. Suresh

Dr. N. Suresh, a Chartered Accountant by profession and is a core member of BYD’s advisory council. He has been supporting BYD for many years, providing valuable advice on taxation, FCRA and many other areas of finance.

A graduate in commerce from Bangalore University,Suresh has a PhD in taxation and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Proprietor of Suresh Nandini Associates, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore, Suresh has been in practice for over 25 years with expertise in taxation, FCRA issues and is adept in various complex areas of finance.

Suresh regularly contributes articles to leading tax magazines and has presented papers and given lectures at seminars and conferences. He actively participates in various public forums and is a visiting faculty at the National Academy of Direct Taxes, Nagpur and DRTI, Bangalore and Chennai.

Aruna Shyama, a senior advocate by profession is a long term well wisher of BYD.

Aruna is committed to those in need, providing free legal aid services representing individuals before the Karnataka High Court as a panel Advocate for Karnataka High Court Legal Services Committee. He has also served as a Conciliator and Member of the bench consisting of High Court Judge in Lok-adalats conducted by the Karnataka High Court Legal Services Committee. He has been appointed as Addl. Advocate General to the State of Karnataka and been nominated a Member of the Academic Council, National Law School of India University. He is also serving as an Honorary Visiting Faculty in various institutions while contributing articles on legal and current issues of public importance. The Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka was pleased to designate him as Senior Advocate in 2021.

Mr. Vishwanatha

Mr. Vishwanatha, a chartered accountant by profession is a well-wisher, admiring and supporting BYD in various ways.

Having graduated in science from the University of Mysore, Mr Vishwanatha went on to become an associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He started his practice as a CA when he became an associate member of the ICAI in 2004, while becoming a fellow member in 2009. In 2006 he completed the Post Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit, and in 2009 the Post Qualification Course in Insurance Risk Management. He holds a Certificate Course in Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection, Concurrent Audit of Banks and GST. Mr Vishwanatha served as Chairman of the Mysore Branch of SIRC of ICAI in 2019.

He is the senior partner at A. Vishwanatha and Associates, a
firm with 5 partners whose head office is in Gokulam, Mysore with a Branch office in Bangalore.
